Are you an experienced Contract Administrator with a strong background in foundation contracting and a deep understanding of FIDIC conditions?

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. This position is based in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on managing and overseeing our foundation contracting projects in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters related to foundation contracting projects in the Middle East.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with FIDIC conditions and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and legal teams, to ensure contracts are executed effectively.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate potential contractual risks.
  • Manage contract modifications, claims, and dispute resolution processes in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts, change orders, and correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in the field of foundation contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC conditions and other relevant contractual frameworks.
  • Proven track record in negotiating and managing complex contracts within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with Middle East construction practices and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as contract management systems and MS Office Suite.
